Position Summary
Oversees all construction operations to include goal setting, organization of activities, meeting objectives and ensuring services meet established standards by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
Establish and delegate a daily work schedule for work crews.
Monitor and assist in daily work schedule.
Respond to problems or emergencies that occur in a timely manner.
Monitor work area by walking and inspecting for potential problems.
Enforce company regulations as required.
Communicate in a clear, concise manner via verbal and written form with employees and other groups to ensure comprehension.
Resolve and report all building problems to management as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skill in the use of computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and project scheduling applications
Ability to read architectural / engineering plans and specifications

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Prior superintendent and related work experience required.
